The Personnel Management Center ( Središnjica za upravljanje osobljem , SUO) a contingent unit of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Croatia, which was established with the aim of establishing and implementing a unified personnel management. The Personnel Management Center has three departments: the Professional Development Department, the Planning and Support Department, and the Selection, Promotion, Health and Psychological Support Department.
